Every employee of our company – Funlife Trading ltd. – can acquire certificate representing his skills for his good performance results and professional knowledge. Acquiring certificates means gaining various employees’ amenities, too.

Level 1 - Funlife Certified Associate

Requirements:
- min. 4 months of work for Funlife Pvt. Ltd., good performance results
- passing the Certified Associate exam (specialization according to employee’s preference)

Amenities:
- rise in salary – 5.000 rp

Level 2 - Funlife Certified Professional

Requirements:
- Funlife Certified Associate
- min. 8 months of work for Funlife Pvt. Ltd., high-quality performance results
- passing the Certified Professional exam (specialization according to employee’s preference)

Amenities:
- the employee becomes a manager of the work team and cooperates with European management directly
- rise in salary – 10.000 rp

Level 3 - Funlife Certified Master

Requirements:
- Funlife Certified Associate
- min 24 months of work for Funlife Pvt. Ltd., high-quality performance results
- passing the Certified Master exam (specialization according to employee’s preference)

Amenities:
- possibility of professional business trips in Europe
- rise in salary – 15.000 rp
